To protect the new mattress we purchased this cover. We have a pillow top mattress, and couldn't find anything in stores to fit it - they were all too small. This cover has velcro along the inside of the zipper, so it really locks everything out of (or in) the mattress. We have since gotten rid of the bugs, but will not be taking this cover off the mattress...it's great!

The item I rec'd from Amazon [not Amazon Marketplace] doesn't look like the product photo; is now "cotton rich"; and is waterproof, which was not stated in the posted description. I was able to return for a full refund, no hassles; good customer service from Amazon.
